Under the sun, there is nothing to hide, but under the moon the stranger waits inside, and that stranger is the threat of a gigantic roadmap of Naruto to restore it to its old glory since… you know, Boruto isn’t getting over with the kids like his old man is. And that’s the main attraction of our New York Comic-Con rundown, wondering why they thought a convention of western Naruto fans in New York City would be the best place to announce a crossover series with another series that (with all due respect) roughly 95% of people in the room have never heard of until that very moment. Alas, there’s more to dive into, like Aniplex making some moves outside of Sony’s conservatorship, arguably the most 6/10 shonen anime announcement yet, and a LOT of book licenses to go over.
See you back here in November to tally up the collateral damage of a map (hopefully) turning a different color.
